How does the 12-month contract work?
Hosting runs a full 12 months on every package, regardless of tier. 1:1 business counselling calls with me are scaled by tier: 30-minute monthly calls for 6 months on Starter, 60-minute monthly calls for 6 months on Growth, and 60-minute monthly calls for the full 12 months on Elite — delivered directly by me rather than a support desk.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — every package starts with a commitment fee, with the remaining balance split evenly across an easy monthly plan for the rest of the engagement (6 months on Starter and Growth, 12 months on Elite). Exact figures per tier are shown in the pricing above.
How long does the process take, from first contact to launch?
Once your application and commitment fee are in, your financial model and business plan are ready within 72 hours. After we've received your website content, your pilot website is ready for review within 7 working days. Corporate branding and social media setup across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok take a further 7–14 days, and your marketing and launch campaign takes another 7–14 days to go live. Most practices are fully launched within 4–6 weeks of starting.
Do I need to already have a registered business?
No. Many clients come to this at the idea or early-planning stage. Part of the business consultancy is helping you think through structure and next steps — you don't need to have anything formally registered before we start.
Do you work with practitioners outside your own country?
Yes. After 25+ years living and working across South Africa, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, England, Spain, and Paraguay, this consultancy is run remotely and works with practitioners internationally, not just locally.
What happens after the 12-month contract ends?
By the end of the engagement, your practice has a live website, a business plan, a financial model, and a social media presence already built and running. If you'd like continued advisory support beyond that, we can discuss an extension or a lighter ongoing arrangement — there's no obligation to continue.

Yes. The three tiers reflect the most common starting points, but scope can be adjusted for practitioners with specific needs — particularly at the Growth Accelerator and Elite levels.
