All three packages include business consultancy, a business plan, financial modelling, a website with 12 months of hosting, corporate domain email addresses, a social media campaign, and a full 12-month contract. The depth of consultancy, website scope and number of email addresses increase from the Starter Launch Package through to the Elite All-In-One Package. Full details are listed under each tier above.
How does the 12-month contract work?
Every package — Starter, Growth and Elite — is a full 12-month engagement, including 12 months of hosting. In your first month, we meet weekly to get the business properly launched. After that, we move to a monthly business counselling and performance evaluation meeting for the rest of the year, delivered directly by me rather than a support desk.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I take a 50% commitment fee to secure your place and begin the work, with the remaining balance split into a month-to-month payment plan over the following 6 months.
How long does the process take, from first contact to launch?
Once your application and commitment fee are in, your financial model and business plan are ready within 72 hours. After I've received your website content, your pilot website is ready for review within 7 working days. Corporate branding and social media setup across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok take a further 7–14 days, and your marketing and launch campaign takes another 7–14 days to go live. Most businesses are fully launched within 4–6 weeks of starting.
Do I need to already have a registered business?
No. Many clients come to this at the idea or early-planning stage. Part of the business consultancy is helping you think through structure and next steps — you don't need to have anything formally registered before we start.
Do you work with businesses outside your own country?
Yes. After 25+ years living and working across South Africa, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, England, Spain and Paraguay, this consultancy is run remotely and works with founders internationally, not just locally.
What happens after the 12-month contract ends?
By the end of the engagement, your business has a live website, a business plan, a financial model and a social media presence already built and running. If you'd like continued advisory support beyond that, we can discuss an extension or a lighter ongoing arrangement — there's no obligation to continue.

For Elite clients, I visit in person to assess corporate image and presentation, and carry out staff selection and performance evaluations. This draws directly on my background as an industrial psychologist working inside some of the world's largest IT companies, before I left the corporate world to build and run my own businesses — the goal is making sure the right people are in the right roles as your business grows.
Can the package be customised?
Yes. The three tiers reflect the most common starting points, but scope can be adjusted for founders with specific needs — particularly at the Growth Accelerator and Elite levels.

Most brand-new founders start with the Starter Launch Package. Founders ready to invest in visibility and stronger systems typically choose the Growth Accelerator.
